Dumbbell Alternating Curls - 15lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets
Cable curls - 50lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets
20 min HIIT on the elliptical
M1:half protein bar from The Arnold. lol.
M2: caesiin and blueberry shake
M3: 6 egg whites w/onion-zucchini and hot sauce-1 slice of toast
M4: slaw w/mustard and stevia
M5: cottage cheese-Asian pear
M6: turkey slices-leafy green salad-broccoli salad-fresh fruit.-and a protein cookie
