That is what I worked today. I am gonna be super sore later. I am running late. I had a good workout and now home to chow and pack my food before work.

10 minute warm up on the spin bike

Barbell Sumo Squats - 50lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

Barbell Stiff-Legged Dead-lifts - 40lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

50 walking lunges - 25 each leg

Leg Press - 220lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

hip abduction machine - 55lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

hip adduction machine - 55lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

laying leg extensions - 30lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets

plate loaded leg extensions - 120lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets

standing calf raises - 300lbs x8 reps x sets

Then I worked my abs

cable crunches - 110lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

reverse crunches - 8 x 4

ab crunch machine - 55lbs x 15 reps x 4 sets

obliques with 10lb plates - 30

Meal 1: larabar before gym

Meal 2: whey protein shake w/almond milk - slammed it after my workout

Meal 3: 5 egg whites w/onion and hot sauce-1 slice of bread w/butter-1 slice of turkey bacon

Meal 4: greek yogurt and nuts

Meal 5: leafy green chicken salad-cottage cheese-sweet potato

Meal 6: not sure yet.

do you use food more for energy or do those meals actually satisfy your hunger?

I am full all the time when I space my meals every 3 hours.
