My Butt Hurts!

 LOL! My leg/glute day was brutal on Wednesday. I am so sore. I almost wobbled out of the gym that day. 4 exercises and it whooped me. I swear my butt lifted the next day. Seriously. Squats Rock!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow I am going in real early like 4:30 then come home and got to work later. So this is tomorrow's workout:

20 minute HIIT on the elliptical for Cardio

CHEST:

Barbell Bench Press - 25lbs x 8 reps x 2 sets warm up 8 more reps x 4 sets

Dumbbell Presses - 15lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets

Dumbbell Flyes - 15lbs x 112 reps x 4 sets

Incline Barbell presses - 20lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets 

Incline Dumbbell Flyes - 10lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

BICEPS:

Barbell curls - 2 sets of 8 reps at 30lbs warm up ten 4 more sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell alternating curls - 15lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets

preacher curls - 10lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

Dumbbell hammer curls - 15lbs x12 reps x 4 sets

FOREARMS:

wrist curls - 5lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

reverse curls - 5lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

ABS:

Cable Crunches - 110lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

ab crunch machine - 55lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

captains chair - 10 x 3

Food: got a new cooler bag 2 bucks at Target. It is so much easier to lug my food around in it before I put it in the walk in.

Meal 1: after workout whey protein shake w/almond milk-strawberries and blackberries

Meal 2: 6 egg whites-1 yolk w/onions and hot sauce-1 slice of WW toast w/butter

Meal 3: greek yogurt with nuts and dates

Meal 4: grilled chicken sandwich and a cadbury egg for Easter of course. lol.wink mini

Meal 5: not sure out for dinner. If I go to ruby tuesdays I will have grilled chicken w/asparagus and mashed cauliflower. OMG it tastes just like mashed potato's but healthy. I think I have a recipe here in the recipe section for it. If not I will put one up. DELICIOUS!!!!!!!

I've tried mashed califlour I just don't like it!! But I still make myself eat it
