I feel like a broken record. I see it so much at the gym. One lady 1-2 hours cardio a day. She is gaining weight now. Her cortisol levels must be elevated w/all that exercise. And I am sure she needs t change her diet. I just wish I could say something. But I don't wnt to be rude. you know.
Anyways, I got my workout in early. I am spring cleaning. I cleaned so much yesterday and threw away so much crap. And got rid of clothes I don't wear anymore. Today is "Spring Cleaning" Part 2. lol.
Then off to Target to get my new Bikini I have been saving for.
5 minute warm up on the spin bike
Worked my upper body muscles today.
Incline Press Machine - 35lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
Asst. Pull Ups - 100lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
ball pushups - 30
Dumbbell Flyes - 15lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets
1 mile on the elliptical
