A negative and a positive

So I have lapsed on my diet, lets say less restrictive when it comes to my carb intake but I have been taking approximately 2 mile walks daily with the dog and my daughter in her stroller.  I could work out all day every day but I hate focussing on what I am eating although I do know it plays a role in weight loss too.

You have to take baby steps.. And food really stresses you out so by focusing on exercising that's still an important step :)
