I've been doing Les Mills Combat for a month. I am going to have to have a hysterectomy soon. What can I do during recovery just to try to keep some small level of activity going on?

I'd say walking is the only thing because moving around will help you recover... But that is probably it until at least 4-6 weeks.. Your dr can give you a better idea.. As frustrating as it is to be sidelined letting your body recover after surgery is very inportant

I would talk to your doctore. But, rest is important. I would myself do nothing untill the doctor advises.

maybe get an exercise band and do chair exercises until you can work out more. Will you be able to walk any distance? Leslie Sansone makes some great walking DVD's
