Syntha 6 is a very yummy shake! It's been warm here I love it! But I wish it could stay in the 60's it's perfect temps for me!

It is finally in the 60's today. They sell Synthra 6 at walgreens now. I was shocked.

I hope it stays around 50-60. Wishful thinking though.  Anything hotter usually means humidity and bugs around here.

be careful what you wish for because I am already nearly a charcoal briguette from taking my 2 mile walk at high Noon.  Even with SPF 70, I am still getting quite toasted!  I do spray down my little one as well and give her a stroller fan and water as well but damn it is hot!  Even my dog has a bottle of water when we take our little breaks when we hit some shade!  Yesterday it was 86 degrees even at 9am!
