lat pulldowns - 60lbs x 8 reps x 6 sets
Dumbbell lawnmowers - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
Dumbbell concentration curls - 20lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets
Alternating dumbbell curls - 15lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
Dumbbell hammer curls - 15lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
wrist curls - 10lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets and then reverse dumbbell curls same weight and reps.

Today I just had a yummy chocolate synthra 6 shake. they r so filling. Not sur yet for the rest of the day. But I will be doing chicken tenderloins for dinner. off to the store. have a great hump day!
