I'm going to start journaling again starting Monday if you all don't mind.  Critiques are welcome or post yours, I don't mind.  I've been having too many cheat days and need to clean it up.

Me too. I will be posting my eats and workouts more often again. School is out! So Gym Time is changed but more regular. No more field tripees ect....what a relief.

School isn't out here yet.  Haven't even thought about what we are going to do this summer.  In Utah we would be all over hiking and camping, etc.  I was thinking they could take up some sort of water sport just to get us outdoors more often. Who knows maybe we'll find some great hiking trails.  Need to explore more.

I have a good trail 1 mile away. I need to go hiking. It has been awhile.
