Well after putting my back out the dealing with sick kids (first my daughter had an ear infection, then she hurt her neck.. Then my son got a tummy virus followed by the baby and my daughter again!!!!!!) so I'm frustrated to say the least! Uh the least favoriate part about being a mom being thrown up and pooped on along with the nasty laundry that accompanies! Hae anyways I've been eating healthy but I've been seriously lacking calories!!! Which of course gives me huge headaches and makes me bitchy :(

Thursday
Breakfast: 4 whole eggs, three fistfuls spinach
Snack Greek yogurt banana with seeds (not sure what seeds they are I bought a mix from the German store)
Lunch: baked chicken and kale drizzled with evoo
Snack protien shake

I'll update with dinner :) inhave to go shopping but I haven't left the house much with these sick kids!!

Dinner was baked white fish! My son picked it out at the fish counter e was so cute (he is 3) and he ran up and said we need to get fish! He wanted me to buy whole fish but I was like hellll no and made him pick out gutted cut fish lol we had it with purple cabbage :)

Eggs with spinach
Cliff bar and muscle milk shake (was running errands)
Veggie and chicken wrap
Apple peanut butter Greek yogurt

Dinner was supposed to be the bier garten for Vic's work but it was canceled due to weather :(

Ha have to do this again last week I got depressed after my friend died ad was skippin meals :(

Breakfast: 4 whole eggs with 1 medium zucchini cut into small pieces
snack: Greek yogurt with seeds & mixed fruit
Lunch: lean beef meatballs & mixed veggies
Snack: isopure protien drink & apple w peanut butter
Dinner: burritos w ground chicken and burrito made from califlour & eggs with lettuce tomato onion and Greek yogurt w a salad on the side
Snack: casein shake

Have upper body today & hopefully a run

i have bee forgetting to log this :) wednesday was

4 mile run

b: 4 whole eggs scrambled with half a large zuccini & guacamole

s: 1 cup greek yougrt with mixed fruit and mixed seeds

lunch: 6oz lean pork tenderloin half a large zuccini drizzled with evoo

snack banana, pomegranite juice, fresh giner 1 cup greek yogurt blended with ice as a smoothie

dinner: crock pot clean eating honey mustard chicken stew with chicken breast onion carrots organic raw honey, grain mustard, and rosemary over a huge bed of kale
