Finally getting my schedule back together for my new gym workouts. Family gone, kid graduated. And up today at 3:45am ready to rock the gym! big smile mini

Finally made my new workout plan. This gonna be good. Mosstly from Arnol'd Big Black Book. Basically The Workout Bible.

So, legs/calves and back today

Yesterday I Ran! :) I am almost over that treadmill fear. :)

And I worked shoulders/triceps and abs

SHOULDERS:

Front Raises - 30lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets

BB presses - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

DB lat raises - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

military presses - 10lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

TRICEPS:

DB kickbacks - 15lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

seated dips - 10 reps x 3 sets

Cable Pushdowns - 70lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets

BB skullcrushers - 20lbs x 10 res x 3 sets

ABS:

Vups - 10 x 3

captains chair - 10 x 3

basic ball crunches - 10 x 3

Food not sure. Too early to think about it. lol. I stocked p on liquid protein yesterday. Love that stuff.

I know I am making oats w/cinnamon and raisans before gym. Then slamming a whey protein shake w/almond milk right after it. I will be killing the legs today! big smile mini

Then come home and eating a ton of egg whites....toast ect.... I do know I will be having turkey tacos. Something different.

Food planning has been my downfall lately I get so stressed around dinner time :/
