Today I did Fran

Fran

21-15-9

Thrusters

Pull ups

Back in April I did Fran and did 45lbs and jumping pull ups in 7:29

Today I did Fran and did 65lbs and jumping pull ups in 10:00


I struggled with the weight, but I got it done!

I am proud of myself!

I worked out at home today.

I did 3 sets of kettlebell swings

tricep seated dips - 10 reps x 3 sets

dumbbell tricep kickbacks - 15lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

30 triangle pushups

bent over dumbbell lat raises - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

Then 30 mins of baptiste yoga
