 Just wondering how your workout today was.

Today I did

Warm-up: 1 min jumprope, 40 situps, 30 squats, 40 lunges, 1 min of jump rope

WOD: 3 rounds of 25 situps, 15 toes to bar, & 10 lunges with 25# over head.

Deadlift 155 lbs 4 sets of 3

Today was my rest day. Tomorrow I will do my fav. leg day!!

15 minutes of CORE, 30 min of cardio, 6.75 hours of NEAT
