I got in 15 minutes on the elliptical

LEGS:

BB Sumo Squats - 40lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

BB Deadlifts - 60lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets

50 Squats

plate loaded leg extensions - 105lbs x  8 reps x 4 sets

standing calf raises - 330lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets - Personal Best big smile mini

BACK:

standing one-arm cable rows - 60lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets

seated caBLE ROWS - 50LBS X 10 REPS X 3 SETS

15 min of CORE, 15 min of lower body, 15 minutes of light cardio, 6 hours and 35 minutes of NEAT, 30 burpees, 30 minutes of dance
