Mine was 10 minutes on the spin bike

BICEPS:

Dumbell concentration curls - 20lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets

cable curls - 60lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

Dumbbell alternating curls - 12.5lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

10 minutes on the treadmill

ABS:

cable crunches - 110lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

ab crunch machine - 60lbs x 15 reps x 3 setys

10 vacuums

5 minutes on the spin bike

Ran 3.25 miles was supposed to be longer but the weather sucks and had to do it in the treadmill :(
