A few days short of a year since I started crossfit!!
Here I am still at it!! The person who always quit at something, always gained the weight back, I am still at it!!
Yes I have gained about 7 to 8lbs but not sure whether it's fat or muscle!!
I got my kipping pull ups, I got 1 reversed grip pull up, I am working on handstand push ups and rign dips!! I am doing named workouts like Fran and Michael without modifications!!
I am now going Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri twice a day and once a day on Wednesday!!
I am seeing the improvement from the extra work I am outting in!!
My deadlift is at 205lbs
My clean and jerk is at 115lbs
My backsquat is at 155lbs
My front squat is at 125lbs
My snatch is at 80lbs
I will have to get some pics of my back and arms for yall to see!!
