I have been good! Keeping up with my crossfit and now trying to get back on track with eating!

Had a job for about 5 weeks, quit because it was stressful and I had a lot of pain in my legs from sitting constantly!! I went in for a workout and thought I was gonna have to quit because of my legs and hips!! I pushed through only because it was a repeat workout so I had to see how I had improved on it!!

Nothing new really, kids, their sports/activites, crossfit!! That is about it!!

Good Job! I have a few friends who do Cross fit. They love it! I would like to get back ito the gym soon. I've been working out at home

Nice sounds busy! Now that I have three kids it's hard to imagine going back to work! I think I'd go insane!

I'm good! Just ran my first marathon, now looking to get back to hitting the weights hard again
