What are some safe lower abdomen exercises that I can do while pregnant?

I am still doing my standing 15 minutes of CORE exercises and as for lower abdomen exercises, I am doing mountain climbers (until the belly gets in the way but am concerned abour jarring the baby when i get bigger), pelvic tilts and knee ups (until the belly gets in the way).  My obliques are crazy tight, so I am good with those.  I am doing an inclined plank by using a chair for added height, making it easier regarding the future belly.

What are some other exercises since laying on my back is not recommended in the second trimester??

vacuums seem safe to me. But I would ask your doctor. All pregnancies r different.
