NEAT, 15 min CORE, 15 min Lower body, 30 min stationary bicycle. 17 weeks pregs, lost 2 lbs, all tests with negative results and its another girl! My youngest was diagnosed with autism so I'm still a bit concerned about this new one.

cardio and legs/calves

25 min elliptical

50 walking lunges

plate loaded leg extensions - 80lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

barbell sumo squats - 40lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

donkey calf machine - 90lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
