cardio and triceps

25 minutes on the arc trainer

Triceps:

cable pulldowns w/rope - 40lbs x 20 reps x 4 sets

cable pushdowns - 50lbs x 20 reps x 4 sets

dumbbell one-arm overhead extansions - 10lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

seated dips - 12 reps x 3 sets
