legs:

plate loaded leg extensions - 90lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

leg press - 160lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

laying leg curls - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

hip abductor - 50lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

hip adduction - 50lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

donkey calf raises - 80lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

100 walking lunges - each leg

25 squats w/no weight
