cardio and legs and calves:

45 mins on the Rbike at home watching The Biggest Loser. How fast cardio goes by when u have something to watch. :)big smile mini

5 minute warm up at the gym later on the StairMaster

Thighsolator - 90lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

Hamtractor - 75lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

hip adduction machine - 55lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

hip abduction machine - 55lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

plate loaded leg extensions - 80lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

"                                      " - 70lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

15 mountain climbers

cable squats - 70lbs x 25 reps

cable kickbacks - 40lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets - each leg

donkey calf raises - 90lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets

5 min cool down on the stairstepper
