Cardio and triceps/biceps and shoulders


20 mins on the rbike at home then to the gym.

TRICEPS:

french presses - 10lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

seated dips - no weight - 10 x 3

rope pull downs - 60lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

BICEPS:

dumbbell alt curls - 10lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

dumbbell conc curls - 15lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets

dumbbell hammer curls - 15lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets

SHOULDERS -

dumbbell front raises - 5lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

barbell front raises - 30lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets

seated lat raises w/dumbbells - 5lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

Yesterday I was wiped out but I did reach 10 000 steps.
Today I have gone for a walk did 45 min wah and soon I'll be doing my bikini body challenge 3.0

7.25 hrs of NEAT, 15 min CORE, 30 min bicycle, 15 min upper body, 41 min dog walk
