30 minutes of cardio at home on the rbike

triceps.biceps and shoulders

TRICEPS:

bent over lat raises - 15lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

seated dips - 12 reps x 3 sets

barbell standing skullcrushers

BICEPS:

seated conc curls - 20lbs x 6 reps x 3 sets

cable curls - 40lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

barbell curls - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

SHOULDERS:

seated lat raises - 5lbs on dumbbells x 12 reps x 3 sets

standing alternating front dumbbell raises - 5lbs x 10 reps x 3 set

barbell military presses - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
