5 minute warm up on the spinning bike

shoulders0triceps and biceps

Triceps:

seated dips - 12 x 3

standing dumbbell kickbacks - 15lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

barbell skull crushers - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

Biceps;

barbell curls - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets


seated dumbbell concentration curls - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

dumbbell hammer curls - 10lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

Shoulders:

standing dumbbell front raises - 5lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

seated side lat raises - 5lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

barbell military presses - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
