legs

20 min rbike at home

hack squats - 90lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

plate loaded leg extensions - 90lbx 12 reps x 4 sets

dumbbell plie' squats - 30lbs x 12 reps x 3 sets

barbell good mornings - 30lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

plate loaded leg extensions - 70lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

laying leg curls - 20lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

hip abduction - 55lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

hip adduction - 55lbs x 15 repws x 3 sets

No so impressive but I managed to jog for 2 miles today without stopping much. I feel great, so glad to be excercising again and looking forward to feeling strong and less wobbly.

That is awesome u jog. I have never liked running. I wish I did. such a great way to stay fir. good job.
