Cardio and Chest

15 minutes on the arc trainer. Then chest

barbell bench press - 20lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

laying dumbbell flyes - 15lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

ISO hammer chest press - 40lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets

20 minutes on the spin bike.

Vinyasa yoga followed by 1/2 hour of deep stretches for flexibility and meditation.
