25 minutes on the Rbike for cardio. Then abs

ab crunch machine - 50lbs x 25 reps x 2 sets

obliques on ab crunch machine - 25 reps x 2 sets on both sides

vacuums - 10

planned food:

m1: whey protein shake w/almond milk

m2: Isopure liquid protein and fresh fruit

M3: 7 egg whites w/1 yolk and onion and hot sauce - 1 slice of ww bread w/butter

m4: cottage cheese and an blood orange

m5: chicken thighs w/no skin baked and steamed vegetables and sweet potato and protein pudding for desert.
