Last night I did Zumba for the first time with a friend and had a great time.

I'm trying to keep my momentum up and I will be hitting the pool today to do some laps.  I swam 0.66 miles on Wednesday and I want to inch closed to that 3/4 mile mark in 30 mins today which will put me at about a 42 min mile.  My fastest time was last August when my pace was a 39:49 min mile.  I'm determined to break that by the end of the summer.
