Exercise and Food Journal Challenge. Week 1: Get your water in.

This weeks challenge is to get your water in. So many people do not drink enough water. so this is simple. Get in 5-6 glasses of water in a day this week. It is so good for us. And if u have a hard time remembering to do it. Buy a gallon of water and carry around with u during the day. It will make u remember. But u do not have to drink the whole gallon. I bring mine to the gym and get comments all the time on it and tell them it is not water but Vodka. lol.

about how many oz. Like each glass 8oz? Just curious because I pretty much drink water from my refillable 24oz bottle all day.

ok weird question but a curious one, does coffee count? since it is made with water or does the caffiene cansel it out? what about tea?

 8 ounces fr each glass. or 2-3 of your 24 oz bottle. good u get your water in.

no. wish they did. lol. straight water. Tea is good. green tea. 2 cups a day helps boost the metabolism ect. and coffee I drink 1-2 cups a day black. but water is in a seperate. It is so so good for us.

I drink 4-6 24 oz cups worth all day.  I wish I had one that held more, because I feel like I'm constantly refilling.  Sadly, maybe I should drop down to a smaller cup because it would force me away from my desk more ofen.

Hi, I just joined the group so I'm a little late to start. My name is Rachel and I've had about 3 16 oz glasses today.
I normally drink one as soon as I wake up and wait half an hour to 45 min before having breakfast because I read that it helps to give your metabolism a jump start in the morning. Not sure if that's true but it seemed to help me. :)

Nice to have u here. That is a good amount of water. I am not dure if it helps with metabolism. I have a water post here. i will have to find it.
