I've had my period for the first month of every pregnancy I've had.
Not all of them were lighter than normal. All three I had some slight cramping with it.
When I had my miscarriage, the bleeding was a lot worse than my worst period. The pain was so bad I could take it. It was doubling me over with how bad it hurt.
Keep me updated. I'm concerned. I think you are fine. You need to calm down and stay that way. (I know easier said than done)
Stress can make the pain and the bleeding worse. Even if there isn't anything wrong.
The fact that you said that this is when you would typically be having your period has me believing that it is pretty much that.
