Wild animals are called wild for a reason.  They cannot really be domesticated.  They are meant to run free not locked up in someone's backyard.

 i agree 100%...and when people do attempt to keep them as housepets, sadly someoneis always hurt, or worse than that...killed

I worked at a CPT in college for like 2 years and work one on one with these guys, mainly the Tigers. Mostly these animals came from enviroments where they were in residential zoos, or someone thought it would be a good idea to keep them as a pet. 

Although at time because to some extent they are tame, these animals are just big pussycats. I have seen them rip through a leather jacket and put someone in the hospital with one swipe of a claw.
