A little progress!

I try to only weigh myself once a week (which I did yesterday for our weigh in) but I did so well yesterday eating and doing a little workout that I weighed myself today and I was down a pound! I hope I can keep that pound off this week and have a good weigh in next week!

I guess that was a little motivation NOT to take my kids out for ice cream today which is what I had thought of doing haha.

 Lol thats good to hear! Im afraid to weigh myself- there was literally one week where I put on 3 lbs for no reason, and it kind of scared and scarred me! :)
