A friend shared this recipe and I thought I'd try it out for you guys (and myself).
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
A packet of instant oatmeal
1. Melt the butter or margarine in a frying pan, keep the temperature on low.
2. Mix the oatmeal and egg together and let them sit for about 30 minutes.
3. Spread it in the frying pan and flip when you feel the first side is done
4. Cook the other side and them remove to a plate.
They're not your usual light and fluffy pancake, but they're tasty and a healthy breakfast option. Plus, the egg adds a little more protein to your breakfast.
