I put salsa on everything that I can, and I have a deep love of avocadoes and guacamole as well. I've been making this recipe for years, and will use low-fat sour cream to keep the calorie count down.
2 ripe avacados
1/2 lime Generous pinches of ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt.
1/4 small red onion, chopped
2 roasted red peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil or coriander
1/2 cup sour cream
Mash avacados (sans peels and pits), but leave it chunky. Add everything else, and mix.
