I put salsa on everything that I can, and I have a deep love of avocadoes and guacamole as well. I've been making this recipe for years, and will use low-fat sour cream to keep the calorie count down.

INGREDIENTS:

2 ripe avacados

1/2 lime Generous pinches of ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt.

1/4 small red onion, chopped

2 roasted red peppers

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil or coriander

1/2 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

Mash avacados (sans peels and pits), but leave it chunky. Add everything else, and mix.

Enjoy!

well, nuts! I'm allergic to cumin, cayenne, and dairy. I'll just have to keep making it my way (avocado, onions, lemon, salt). Maybe I'll add the red peppers, basil and coriander, though. Yum!
