You could be crazy like me -- training for your first half marathon -- or you could be like the me after I had my first child. Long, brisk walks while pushing my baby boy in the stroller. There are different seasons for different activities.
It's hard to commit to fitness classes when your babies are wee because the need you (and often, your boobs). So, you walk with them and as they get older you can do more activities and, if you're lucky, you can get some alone time to walk, bike, hike, run, or anything that you love to do.
I'd love to hear your fitness and activity goals. Summer is here and it's a great time to be outside (or inside) and active. This community is pretty great at encouraging each other. Maybe you can find a fitness pal close to you.
