i had my fourth visit today by cps.  Its been over a period of 4 years but at this point my husband and i are getting fed up!! when your biological mother AND mother in law continue to call on your family you begin to wonder whats going to happen? or what rights do i have?? will they take your kids cause they get called to many times?? can i get them in trouble for reporting us so many times and the case gets closed everytime??

Do you by chance have an attorney?If you do,they should be able to contact them and get any info.I didnt think you had to let them in your home unless they have a warrant.

Eventually CPS will get tired of them calling.

I knew someone the ex-husbands wife kept calling CPS finally CPS told them if they didn't quit calling they would start investigating them.

It is possible you might be able to sue for harassment.

What is the complaint???

Yes, if they get called repeatedly and there is no evidence of abuse the caller who reported it can get into huge ass trouble and possible jail time, reporting false things is a crime
