Venting!! My husband had all his corprate guys at his shop today and had a BBQ and has been drinking beer all day. He came home and instantly starts ragging on my ex husband, his ex wife, my mom and now me. Wtf it looks like one of us wil be on the couch tonight . It's jut no fun when your SO is all buzzed up and you have to filter through all the bullshit. I like to drink too, but it started causing problems in our marriage so I gave it up for a while. He will be sorry in the morning I'm sure....

Too bad, he could at least be a happy drunk!  I've rarely seen my dh with a buzz, he seems to be laid back and kind of funny when I have.  He's seen me come home fairly ripped from time to time, usually some special occasion with friends, seemed to find it amusing.

I would be making him sleep on the couch that's for sure. I wouldn't do it because of his drunk butt.

So glad I don't have to deal with that. Drinking is something I don't really put up with. My dh has one beer occasionally because of what we have both seen alcohol do to people's lives (we both know people that have died in their 30s due to drinking). I hope he calmed down so you could get some rest.

Not often but when he gets like that he is in the warpath. He has apologized this morning and seems sincere. He knows he had too much to drink and picked a fight, and that it's the last thing we need in our relationship right now. Just shitty dealing with it. Makes everyone feel bad

My hd is the same when he drinks too much. He talks too much and get upset about everything.. I hate it when he's drunk. Thank God its not a regular occurance. He gets really insecure about it when I mention it so he makes sure not to do it often.

Good idea.  Maybe if he sees how much of an ass he is, he'll think twice about it next time.

I'd be more mad that he drove home drunk.
