So I keep having these feelings like I just dont feel like I belong anywhere anymore.  I am doing so many things to make evveryone else happy, but on the inside i am depressed and miserable.  I HATE my life.  I dont feel like me anymore.  I went out and got a tatto and drink and everything now just so i wont hurt.  Can anyone help me????

My only advice is to see a therapist. I had the same thing happen and that really helped. I'm sorry you are feeling like this.

Is there anything that you want to do in life?

I'd make a list of things that I wanted to do and start making plans to do them.  I think a lot of us at one time or another felt that we had gotten off course and weren't happy with our lives.

Start saying no.  Don't do things to make other people happy if they upset you.

It's HARD to start doing this.  But you get past the hard part.

Consider volunteering somewhere...at a shelter...and the humane society...anywhere.

Helping someone else is a great way to get out of your own head and feel like you are accomplishing something...to feel like there is a purpose and a place for you.  Sometimes when we get twisted up inside ourselves, the cure is to do for someone else.

My daughter is three and i still don't feel normal. I've tried therapy, volunteering going out staying home. Crying seems the normal lately...

Then you probably need medication.  If you are on medication and it isn't working you might need it adjusted.  There is a depression support group on here.
