Been married for 1 1/2 years to man 20 years older than me. Started out wonderful until the news came I was preg. We started arguing all the time over little things, then he was undermining me, disrespecting me, became verbally abusive and neglecting me emotionally! Refused to have sex with me and turned towards porno! I took a trip to my moms to get away for a few weeks and now he says he likes being alone !!! The nerve of this man!!! He sold me the dream of a happy life and wanted to start a family but completely changes his mind at the drop of a hat!! Idk what to do or say, I am SO HURT. He has a NICE cushion of money but denies me of it! Me and my unborn been abandoned...I'm so sad, I never thought my life would end up Ike this. I don't want him or his family to be apart of my babies life after what he has done to me... Do you agree? And should I just let the court system take over for me regarding child support etc...

I am so sorry you are in this position. Only you know what is best for you and your baby. I will say tat it is best for you to go through the courts to set out visitation and such. I wouldn't be surprised if he hit you with wanting full/joint custody just to be a dick. I imagine he knows tat is where he can hit you the hardest at.

But I'm in NY now and he lives in FL, can he still file for joint custody ? Besides I don't think he would want full or joint custody because he claims he can't change his life since he is soooo set in his ways living the bachelor life for so long
