stinky disposal!!!

Help me lol....
I've never had a garbage disposal before but there is one in this apartment, and I try to keep it clean and I don't let much go down it, but it stiiiinks now and I can't get the smell to go away..... I try to do dishes and I have to leave the room because it smells so bad.... :/ how do I fix this?? I'm goin crazy.

Yep do this. Let the bleach sit for a few minutes then rinse it down.

Another  thing  you  can  do  is  put 3 TBS  of  baking soda  in  it  and then  pour in  some white vinegar.  The foaming action  will help  loosen  any debris  that  might be causing the odor.    Then  cut  a lemon  in half  and  do  one  piece  then the next.

I'd put some citrus fruit down it, or baking soda and vinegar.
