If You Could Describe Your Ex in Only One Word...... Go!

Hi Everyone!

I want to do a series of artworks illustrating a feeling about an ex in one word.
I'm looking for some ideas from others that have gone down that break up path.
The first word that leaps to mind for my ex is "HUBRIS" because boy howdy does it fit!

Skip over "a$$hole", "jerk" and really think about it.
I'm very interested for the input of other women on this.

Hey, and I hope no matter what you celebrate - I hope it was fantastico!

:D

It's two words, hyphenated: possessive-abusive.

Our marriage lasted all of 6 months and in that time he broke every promise he made to me on our wedding day. The last straw was when he left his one and only bruise on my 21st birthday. He was throwing a days long tantrum because I wasn't behaving how HE thought I should. If I didn't think/act/do/say/react the way he thought I should, HE got pissed and it was all my fault.

I grew up with a dry alcoholic and suffered a TON of mental, emotional and psychological abuse. There was no way in hell I'd tolerate that as a grown adult.

Thank you Debbie for participating. And wow Rosehawk I'm so sorry you went through that. Thank you sharing the deep emotions associated with that hyphenated word.

Okay I am loving "Spontaneous".
Since I was married to this man-slug thing .... I would have NEVER come up with it.
