Really flu started on fixed income car broken down raising son with autism likes to go to movies does not understand the concept have to pay bills and try and fix our car so we can do things

Turn your home tv into a "movie theater".  If he wants, invite some people over so it feels more like going to the movies.  Print tickets, make popcorn, or whatever it is he likes about the movies.

He doesn't have to understand - NO young child needs to understand things like paying bills.  At most, hopefully you can get him to understand "no working car = not being able to go out in the car".

Do you have a friend with a car who might take you/him to the real movies once in a while?  My local theater (and a LOT of others) have special showings for autistic folks.  There may be a support group nearby that can help you figure out how to get your son involved.
