Sneaking in my house

Lots of worse past issues with the future in laws. All live in the same block. They come in the house while we're not home...I find food eaten, toilet (not flushed), etc. This will sound crazy but I swear they stuck a tape recorder or something somewhere in the house....at least 5 specific things I said in a private phone conversation at home were brought up in the same week. They're about to drive me to drinking

Change the locks and make sure they don't have a key. My mother-in-law likes to just drop in but she never comes to our home without us here.

How do they get into your home?

You can do a thorough cleaning and get anything that shouldn't be there out.

What does your future hubby have to say?

If he is ok with this, run.

Change the locks and don't give them a key.

Change all your locks, install cameras, and a security system, and replace all your phones. Then, tell your DF to get a fucking handle on his people. Hell, file a police report the next time things are out of place, and have them search the house...the recorder thing may not be far off if they're that kind a psycho.
