So Dd's father hasn't worked more than a few weeks in 2016. He gets called for a third interview and tells them "I don't do third interviews. It's a waste of my time and gas"
I guess he really doesn't want to work at all.
Wtf.
He still owes Dec,Jan and now February child support.

Hopefully you don't rely on the CS for anything important, like school fees or extracurriculars.

Actually graduation is coming up and there's not enough to cover her cap and gown etc. I started a GoFundMe to help with it.
I "accidently" sent him an email notice. My bad.

On principal, he isn't wrong. For a run of the mill job, a third interview is a waste. If they aren't sure about you after two interviews they should let you know and if they are sure then it's silly to make you jump through more hoops.

However, unless you are financially secure and don't really *need* the job you don't get to dictate such terms.

His problem is that he thinks he knows more than anybody else about everything.
He wants to dictate the terms.
Well, obviously his approach isn't working too well.
He might have gotten this job.
Sometimes you have to suck it up and take any job. Some money is better than none.
