Is it harder for you to maintain a diet or harder to find time or motivation to exercise?

I enjoy exercising but I HATE dieting!! 😩. What about you?

I do boot camp or spin almost every single day! But I almost never successfully control what I eat πŸ˜‚

Both. I have 0 motivation and I am easily tempted to food. I can't buy it or have it in the house if I don't want to eat it.

Maintain a diet. I work out every morning from 6 am to 7:30 am, except Sunday.

Both and neither. I've never "dieted" but changing eating habits is HARD. But - I feel like once I got over the hump, it isn't that bad. Like, I just shop, cook, and eat differently now.

Same with working out. When I'm not in the habit is is hard to get into the habit, but once its a habit I enjoy it.

I think that might be why so many people give up on both. I have to go into health habits as if they are life (and lifelong) changes, or I'd also stop. But once I made up my mind to just approach eating and working out from a healthy habit perspective, I'm finding that it isn't something that is difficult from day to day anymore.
