Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

*Im sure you could substitute fresh chicken to make this meal just as good-the Tyson strips are a quick alternative*

Ingredients

1package Tyson® Refrigerated Fully Cooked Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips or
1-1/4cups Tyson® Frozen Fully Cooked Southwest Chicken Breast Strips (Bagged), thawed
2cups cooked, drained and cooled penne pasta
1medium zucchini, chopped
1medium yellow squash, chopped
1green bell pepper, chopped
1red bell pepper, chopped
1/4cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4cup bottled ranch-style salad dressing

Directions

Cut chicken strips into cubes. Toss chicken, pasta, zucchini, squash and peppers together in large bowl.
Combine cheese and dressing in small bowl. Pour over chicken and pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Chill before serving.

Serving Suggestions: Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves on individual serving plates. Serve with bakery rolls. Refrigerate leftovers.
