30 Day Challenge with Abs, Squats and Push-ups
Day 1 15 situps, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, 10s planks, 10 pushups, 10 squats
Day 2 20 situps, 8 crunches, 8 leg raises, 12s planks, 11 pushups, 11 squats
Day 3 25 situps 10 crunches, 10 leg raises, 15s planks 12 pushups 20 squats
This is the 30 day challenge that I'll be doing starting May 19th. It's pretty close to the challenge that Goddess99 is doing. Feel free to do any challenge you'd like!!
