30 Day Challenge with Abs, Squats and Push-ups

Day 1 15 situps, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, 10s planks, 10 pushups, 10 squats

Day 2 20 situps, 8 crunches, 8 leg raises, 12s planks, 11 pushups, 11 squats

Day 3 25 situps 10 crunches, 10 leg raises, 15s planks 12 pushups 20 squats

This is the 30 day challenge that I'll be doing starting May 19th. It's pretty close to the challenge that Goddess99 is doing. Feel free to do any challenge you'd like!!

This is a great challenge too, especially for people who didn't do the squat challenge with us.

i posted on the other one.. i just did day 1.. i do  other things i dont do leg lifts i also  do SIDE cruntches instead od regualr i can NOT do  all the sit ups though.. oh dear lord i just cant get my body up lol i cna only do 5!!!! wth?? the only way i could do more is cheating by using hands or  feet to pull me & i know  thast a waste of time but abs alone to lift me? nope.. not passed 5

Lol you'll build up to it. Break it into sets if you have to.

OK so this is the challenge I'm doing, and starting over today since I was on vacation when I orignally started it. Day 1..let's get it on!! lol

I started this last night. I love that it is quick & doesn't take much time to do....So NO excuses!!

I started this one over and last night was my first night also! We'll end it together. That's awesome! And yeah it's very quick. I'll be checking in everyday, and updating the top since it's kind of hard to read.

I have been realky suprised that I haven't been sore.. should I be concerned that I'm doing something wrong?

I wouldn't. Everyone is different. I have a very active job so I'm constantly moving and lifting. It's possible I just use those muscles more so I can feel it a little more. Just keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll see progress soon!
