What did you have? I have started eating Greek yogurt and a granola bar. I get my protein and probiotic first thing.

I had an apple and a cup of coffee with Stevia in it with a side of my vitamins, a big glass of water and my Omnitrition Drops.

I started having oatmeal, sometimes I have a bagel with peanut butter.

My husband eats oatmeal every morning! He tries to get me to but I just haven't

This is what I eat and add brown sugar to it, very good.

I start every morning with a Shakeology Shake wich is a protein meal with antioxidents that boosts energy and improves digestion.  My day if full every day!  I need all the energy I can get :)  Happy Wednesday everyone!
