^^^^The chicken gumbo on Sunday didn't get made b/c DH took a couple of the kids and went to his mom's.  I was stuck home with a sick 15 yr old.  We had leftovers.  I was not about to cook another meal when there was no room left in the fridge for leftovers.

I am too spontaneous to make a whole menu for all week. Plus, I never know when my husband is going to be home for meals. He is on call and has odd hours.

Tonight we had talapia, rice, broccoli and cauliflower and squash.
